Booking Cancellation Terms

• No charge for cancellation requests made at least 24 hours before scheduled move slot.
• Same-day cancellation may attract crew and route blocking charges.
• Reschedule requests are subject to availability of vehicle and manpower.
• Advance payments, if any, are adjusted/refunded as per final cancellation window.
